Robert Bennett
The qualities that distinguish Robert are his top-notch legal skills, his ability work well with people of all
kinds, and his eagerness to take cases outside of King County. He is adaptable to new or unusual situations,
and he enjoys the challenge of navigating difficult cases through treacherous, uncharted waters. Clients who
need an experienced and skilled lawyer who is undaunted by complexity or uncertainty choose well when they
choose Robert to represent them. Robert represents clients in all areas of family law, including Hague
Convention cases in federal court. He handles minor guardianships, protection orders, and garnishment of
judgments awarded to his clients. He practices in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Jefferson,
and Clallam counties. He handles protection order appeals before the Washington Court of Appeals. Robert earned
his J.D. from Seattle University Law School in 1998. He earned a Master of Laws degree from Stockholm
University in 2001. He speaks Swedish and German and is a member of the WSBA, KCBA, and SCBA.
When he's not practicing law, Robert enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and socializing with family and
friends.
